Bourbon & Bites is an elevated evening of bourbon, cuisine, and community—bringing together exceptional spirits, thoughtful food, and one of the best views in Indianapolis in support of student success.

Hosted at Courses Restaurant, this immersive fundraiser showcases the talent of Ivy Tech culinary and hospitality students while creating meaningful connections between guests, chefs, and industry partners.

Guests can explore bourbon through two thoughtfully designed experiences—beginning with a lively tasting mixer and culminating in an intimate, guided pairing dinner. Every ticket supports student enrichment, travel, and hands-on learning opportunities that prepare the next generation of hospitality professionals.

The Curated Reserve - 7:00PM

An intimate Chef’s Table pairing experience for guests who want to dive deeper.

Your ticket includes:

• Full access to The Social Pour tasting mixer
• Exclusive Chef’s Table experience in the Courses Restaurant Private Dining Room
• A 4-course small-plate pairing menu
• One featured bourbon pairing per course
• Elevated educational commentary on flavor, mash bills, and aging techniques
• Refined service led by advanced hospitality students

Designed for those who appreciate slowing down and experiencing how spirits and cuisine truly interact.

Cost: $150/person ($112.50 Contribution, $37.50 Fair Market Value)
